How to find us By Road The BBA is close to Junction 6 of the M1 and Junction 21A of the M25. For GPS users and web-based mapping systems, programme either Bucknalls Lane or WD25 9NH into your unit – proceed down Bucknalls Lane, crossing the M1 motorway, and you will see the entrance to our site on your left. Site Security will direct you to our Customer Centre. From Junction 6 of the M1 Join the A405, follow signs to Watford. At the traffic lights turn left (signposted Building Research Establishment and British Board of Agrément) into Bucknalls Lane. The BBA is at the end of the lane, just after crossing over the M1. Upon arrival at the site, please go through the main gates direct to the BBA Reception (follow the signs on the main drive). From Junction 21A of the M25 Join the A405, follow signs to Watford, pass M1 Junction and at traffic lights turn left (signposted Building Research Establishment and British Board of Agrément) into Bucknalls Lane. The BBA is at the end of the lane just after crossing over the M1. Upon arrival at the site, please go through the main gates direct to the BBA Reception (follow the signs on the main drive). By Rail Train to Watford Junction from London Euston (Main line). Trains from Birmingham and the North also stop at this station. Taxi from station forecourt, 724 coach (to Harlow — NOT Watford or Heathrow), or 321 bus (marked St Albans, Harpenden or Luton — NOT Garston — alight at Bucknalls Lane, St Michael’s School). Cross dual carriageway (using pedestrian walkway) to Bucknalls Lane. The BBA is at the end of the lane, just over the M1 (about ½ mile). By Air Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton airports are served by Green Line coaches. Please check at the airports for routes and times.
